First click Find your school from the menu, search your school and click through to your ordering page. Choose your products and sizes, add to cart then checkout to select your delivery method and pay for your order. All orders are to be placed online only. We do not accept email/phone orders, this is to ensure no errors are made and the process is as swift as possible.

Approximately 10-15 working days from date of order. Your order will be sent via DPD if you have selected delivery. If you have selected collection, you will receive an automated email when your order is ready to collect (make sure you check your junk mail for this too)

Yes, you can come into store Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm and then place your order online from home or from the iPad in store. During the summer holidays we will be open additional hours every Thursday up to 7pm. Find us at Unit 4 Strand Business Centre, Camperdown Ind Est, Killingworth, NE12 5US.

Two weeks before the end of the summer holidays. Any orders placed after this date may not meet your child’s first day of school but we will always try our best to get your order ready ASAP

Yes, you can come into store and order via the iPad and if we have the stock ready you can wait while we pick and pack for you

No, we are a cashless business.

You can return the order to store in person and we will process a manual exchange for you. If we have the alternative sizes we will swap on the spot for you while you wait, if not we will process your new sizes within 10 working days.
